How long did he expect her to wait for him? How long was he gonna lead her on. He got a little taste of how Felicity felt in season 1 and season 2, when he was with all the other women. His jealousy just showed alot more than hers was. I know he loves her and she loves him. But, those are just words, he never proved it, he never fought for her. Until season 4 when she breaks up with him. And she made him realize what he had lost and he for the first time ever, had to fight for her, prove to her that he wont keep secrets and lies of his. She was right, how can u be with someone when he doesnt trust them, especially, with important things. Like having a son! Yes, William's mom told him not too. But, he should have trusted her enough with that secret and not to tell anyone.

He should not have listened to williams mother. He should have told Felicity about his son, because she is the one he was going to marry and she deserved to know the truth, but inspite of all that I am happy that they worked it out,and they got married.
