If you concentrate on just Kicks and Claps you will have a good rhythm to do your stuff. Mostly of the time, because this set wants you to move obviously.

probably need to look in another place or dj, probably something more mainstream. This type of set aims to cause slight body moves that gets your mind into a deep trance state that can reach good inner feelings. I understand you and also like sometimes music to uplift me and make me "move" more but this is probably not the dj you should ask that
