How long will It take to grow this hair ? ? my right now is like down to my eyebrows like 3 inches .

Depending on how you hair grows, it may take 8 months to a little over a year. You have to keep it in good health and get it trimmed about every 6 weeks. There's also pills out that help hair growth, there's a bunch of methods, and you can always buy extensions. I recommend mane n' tail shampoo and conditioner. It helps with split ends and I've heard it helps grow hair out. (I got training from Massanutten Technical Center in Harrisonburg, Virginia)

Iwouldn't recommend getting it cut every six weeks. Maybe every six months. Keep in mind hair doesn't grow fast so you would be cutting unnecessary amounts if you do it on a regular bases(every month 6 weeks)
