Friendship is a Counter Move, pretty much applies Ice Mist on the opponent.. And Brutality is pretty self explanatory, best if you start with High Punch then go berserk on the rest quickly. I have tried them. Both use 1 bar.

Yeah I know Brutality. I first start with the heavy punch, then spam every single attack/kick buttons in order to do the Brutality.
