I’m glad she got to do something else with Gene other than the movie Xanadu. She was so honored to work with him on that movie. I think Xanadu would’ve been much better if they would’ve had a different leading man instead of Michael beck. He just didn’t have any chemistry with her. I love the Music from that movie. ELO is awesome. Rip Gene. You were the greatest and not forgotten.

Check out "Whenever You're Away From Me" from "Xanadu". The steps they did in this number are almost identical to what they did in that one. Not being critical, as both were talented beyond compare. Just noting the similarity.

I watched this with audio. Then, I went to watch the YT video of “Whenever You’re Away From Me.” Then, I came back here and muted the sound. Finally, I hummed “Whenever You’re Away From Me.” They dance it faster to match the tempo of this song but they’re pretty much the same steps. Love it! ❤
