I don't get it I have known many with cancer not making it this long there is no cure for it how is she still alive????? Is she faking it or what..

Truly, she wasn't faking, but she was in remission for many years after the chemotherapy and surgery on the first diagnosis of breast cancer, but after many years, the cancer spread to her shoulder then her spine, and she did struggle a lot with pain, which her husband helped with herbs as he is a specialist in Amazonian herbs n medicinal cannabis, which he grew for her, legally, in their California ranch.
