YES this is exactly what I felt was missing from the original! I mean the original is great but I was missing some of that hard hitting pop punk vibe. The drum tone after the chorus in the original song (around 0:54) sounded really flat, this is much better. Also love the half time thing you did in the second half of the chorus.
