Why are people so preoccupied with filming the show than actually enjoying it?

For some people, is more about flexing on others than to trully enjoy the experience. But is always nice to have some recordation of a great concert.

People can film the show and enjoy it at the same time just like people can walk and chew gum at the same time or listening to music while exercising at the same time or enjoying driving and listening to music at the same time. Recording the show also allows people to enjoy the music later on as well as share their experiences of the concert with those who couldn’t make it. Filming things can be very enjoyable whether it’s a concert or a walk in the park or clouds in the sky.

There's probably a few reasons for this: 1) With the success of Good 4 U, she's leaning towards the punk-pop rock genre more. 2) More than 2/3 of her songs are either mid-tempo or a straight up ballad, so this adds more variety to her setlist. Jealousy, Jealousy was the logical choice on her album to remix in this way. 3) This song is also right after her opening song Brutal, so this uptempo version of Jealousy Jealousy continues the high energy Honestly I prefer this version lol

While I love the original Jealousy, Jealousy version with the heavy bass guitar riffs, I started to get more and more into this version when shown in the Driving Home 2 U video. I do hope she somehow mixes the original’s bass guitar and chaotic bridge piano with this rock version though the rock version is amazing.
