I think Spider Woman is going to be more of a joined movie between Marvel and Sony, like what they do with Spider Man. Spider Woman/Jessica Drew makes the most since, she has connections with Shield, Hydra, she's been a member of the Avengers, she's friends with Carol Danvers/Captain Marvel and if they are going to do a Secret Invasion story and Secret Wars story, she was in both, she was part of Secret Invasion and Secret Wars. I think its also more MCU than Spiderverse, she has the name Spider as part of her name but that's about all.

Realistically, Jessica Drew should be an MCU owned character. Since it wasn't until Spider-Verse where they've started making ties with her and Spider-Man. Prior to this, she had no connections to the Spider-Man mythos, beyond them having 'Spider' in their names, and how they were both in the New Avengers.

As much as I HATE Ultimate Jessica Drew, that would make more logical sense, if she is meant to be in Sony's Spider-Verse.
