it's so much harder to have that disease in a developing country like EGYPT, with a shortage in blood bags in all country's hospitals, shortage of number of doctors and the financial crisis make it harder to get chelation medicine, i only can get 3 month jadenu out of 12, and lack of expert doctors who can diagnose heart disease ,liver, bone mass reduction, unexplained inflammation ...etc, it's like living in hell
