waaauw that beach looked gorgeous! i hope you're not depressed. no matter who we are, where we live or how much/little money we have... or how many friends, good job etc... mental health doesn't always make sense. there can be a big reason, or there can be no reason. depression /anxiety /other more complicated stuff - it can hit us all. You may be depressed or not yourself because you're not filling your days with anything of value. It looks like your days are only spent on menial errands for yourself, industry events, self-help activities, etc. Try doing some things that focus on other people or a community or cause or animals which will give you a goal to work towards, help with life growth so you don't feel so stuck and torment yourself with the "what am I doing with my life" questions or "what do people think of me" questions. Often, when we feel stuck or still processing after a trauma, it's most helpful to turn our energy and focus to people/places/things outside of ourselves. Just some food for thought; take what resonates, dismiss what doesn't. I'm rooting for you. You're a beautiful soul.
