Hi Olivia - I trade in albums twice a year & expect between one third & one half overall of the selling value. Always trade for credit as you get a deduction for cash. Anything worth over $100 💸 is best sold individually on line. I like that you are clearing out mostly variants. I do the same. Good Luck 😊 !

I am taking a break going through my collection, pulling out doubles myself, but the conditions of the records aren't so good that I had bought them in, so this batch I'll probably donate to Salvation Army. Girl how do you grow out of the wallows but not out of harry styles and funko pop, that precise terminology just even for the sake that you couldn’t say it about childish gambino but you both of them you don’t want to keep, one you grew out of and one you got over, there’s no difference haha, is there? *edit, hearing you say you had a bad ptsd live experience does add some context 😢

I didn’t say I outgrew wallows or childish gambino so I’m a bit confused, I clearly said I COULDN’T listen to Wallows due to the PTSD of seeing them live and how horrible the whole experience was. I LOVE childish gambino, I enjoyed his newest project that he’s touring for a lot more than Awaken My Love. I did this video to downsize vinyl I simply don’t spin or won’t spin, variants I don’t NEED, to overall “downsize”, or to pass on music I don’t listen to anymore/or as frequently. We grow as people and our interests constantly change and that’s OKAY. I can still enjoy other things while moving on from these. ❤️

@@OliviaRena no you definitely didn’t say you outgrew childish gambino I just meant that for the wallows, and I definitely thought the term “outgrew them” was used for their segment of the vid but I probably misheard if you’re confused, and I was just using childish gambinos album as an example of something you didn’t contextualize as something you outgrew even though they were both things you were letting go, and I wanted to point out that it’s an odd phrase to use for one but not the other but yes of course we all go through changes and taste differences and yes downsizing is a must at times, there’s a lot of purging vids going on in that regard too which are cool to see. I didn’t mean to sound rude and it was probably a petty thing to point out on the first place. If the ptsd from the show thing was the main reason you let that record go than that’s of course a perfect reason. And I agree so much about childish gambinos stuff before and after awaken my love being kind of the real childish gambino in my selfish opinion because I know he was releasing a lot of his deep and real side with AML and it helped a lot of people and bridged a lot of musical gaps and was definitely a “ahead of its time” kind of genre innovation considering where it was coming from
