Thank you for the tutorial!! How did you end up snipping the bottom to make it flare out more and not be cinched? I have the same problem

I haven’t done it yet…. But I was thinking to take out the frills on the bottom and then snip the seem on both sides like 2 rows in length ( so not a massive space) & then do the frills again :)
