Olivier Martinez Shoves And Injures LAX Employee While Arriving With Family

Sunday, January 4, 2015 - Olivier Martinez and Halle Berry arrive at LAX with baby Mateo and Berry's daughter Nahla. As they walk to their car, Martinez gets angry at an LAX employee who was taking photos and shoves him with a baby car seat, knocking the man over onto a wheelchair and landing on his tailbone. When a photog reminds Martinez that it was an employee he shoved, he responds, "I don't care!" The family leaves the scene, and the employee, limps away to First Aid while police investigate the incident.

From what I have been led to understand about his general attitude, I would say that he has probably got a much more fundamental issue that ought to be getting some attention but I very much doubt it will. Just look at his treatment of Kyle Minogue. Ordered her to go home & take a shower because he didn't like the perfume she was wearing. Frankly obnoxious treatment of your partner. But the tip of the iceberg has to be that when Kylie was diagnosed & undergoing treatment for cancer he showed no real interest whatsoever. Glad to say that Kylie got herself well again with the help of medical staff but also made the point of dumping Oliver soon after. I can see Oliver ending up a bitter & lonely old man either that or with someone just as shallow as he is.

People complain about celebrities being rude, but they can’t even leave the house or enjoy a good meal without either the paparazzi or the public inundating them with comments, compliments, unwanted conversation, requests for photos and autographs or just plain harassment. I’d probably be one of those “rude” celebrities too. 🙄

I grew up on L.A.’s west side and I cannot tell you how many celebrities I’ve seen just shopping or walking down the street. People start crowding you and tripping. But since you like to tell others how they look: You seem to be one of those that always needs to control what others says and do and it’s getting boring. You also seem to be the type of person that needs to degrade people in higher positions. In this case because Olivier and his family are recognized actors, they are not entitled to a normal life. Having people right behind your ass, crossing personal boundaries, forcing you to enter into a parasitic situation where they take pics of you and your family without consent, forcing you to stop when you are in your way to your car, blinding you with flashlight so that they can make money out of your pics… if that sound good with you, you need to check yourself. Two negative things won’t do one positive but it allows us to gain perspective. Why Olivier attacked??, bc ppl crossed his boundaries. Period. Respect existence or expect resistance.

Depends on the situation, If you are with your wife and child and surrounded by a dozen complete strangers who are all actively trying to get in your face with cameras whilst also yelling at you all types of things... yes, that would certainly be just cause for feeling the need to protect yourself.

He didn't even hit him. It was a shove with the flat side of the car seat which didn't hurt or do any damage. Then the annoying, dishonest airport employee faked a limp with his hand on his left hip...whereas he wasn't limping before...and didn't even hurt his leg. It's so disgusting how these awful ppl go out of their way to goad and antagonize famous ppl just so they can sue them for lots of money. I hope the case failed!!!

I used to work at LAX and seen celebrities while I was on the clock, I ain’t going to get fired or step in a celebrities personal space for taking a picture while I am working. How is the employees fault??? He probably just wanted a pic of a person he had admiration for and because he was standing around a crew of paparazzis he was targeted first. He had police walking with him so that they keep people away.
