Ce qu'il y a de bien dans les propositions d'artistes que fait KZbin, c'est qu'il n'y a finalement pas de hasard. Votre approche de la peinture est poétique et je comprends tout à fait votre besoin de silence. J'écris de la poésie depuis très longtemps et c'est tout autant important pour moi d'avoir cette paix intérieure qui permet la création. Je me suis mise à la peinture il y a deux ans, sans savoir dessiner. Instinctivement mes pinceaux sont devenus le prolongement de l'écriture. Certes, il y a encore beaucoup de tâtonnements, mais pour moi, peindre est fait dans le même but. Inventer, créer, donner vie à la couleur est bien difficile par rapport à ce qui vient presque naturellement par les mots. De vous entendre et de vous voir peindre conforte ma persévérance et je ne lâcherais pas. J'y vais, doucement, à mon rythme et si je m'inspire encore de la peinture des autres, je sais qu'un jour, j'écrirai avec la couleur de mes inspirations. Merci pour votre talent offert aux yeux de tout artiste qui aime la beauté du geste.

Amazing painting, fascinating technique. Especially the color harmony and deliberate brushwork, use of transparency etc! I wonder how you keep the unstretched canvas (or is it primed paper?) from buckling with this amount of water?

If the canvas is already primed I don't think it would Buckle so much.I've seen videos of Chinese artists where they just have the canvas tape to the wall and maybe some Staples in that. If you're going to go to the wood panel route you probably want to have that attached very securely to the wall because a thin wood panel alone can Flex and warp pretty easily.

Thank you very much ! The music is from an american group, Oriental Express Moving Shnorers, playing klezmer music. I think they have changed their name into Klezmer Nova, the title of their first album from which I choose the music of my video : Haneros Halelou.

For the canvas, I think it's better to see the quality of linnen and preparation, so to buy it directly in a furniture shop for artists. Where do you live ? There are different preparations according to the technic you use - oil or acrylic. A seller might help you.

I use acrylic painting on linnen canvas. The canvas is stapled on a wooden panel fixed on the wall. There is not problem when I remove staples from it. Best regards.

It is acrylic paint. The white liquid is acrylic medium. It makes the paint more fluid and transparent.

I live in East Hampton, connecticut. just would love to start to do what you able do. Very difficult to know do I put on wall when plasterboard, do I get home depo to put food on wall then would the wood be flat enough for when put canvas on. what size wood etc.. thinking try oils hear can correct mistakes easily with oils as aposed to acrylics as drys faster. What best way creat composition, thinking underpainting etc.. I never studied art. But need also good lighting etc... many things to consider. But yep canvas type important. Like the thin one you have see people able also to tape onto wall rather than having to staple into plasterboard, thinking if remove wall look mess. etc.. very confusing

The best you could do is finding a good art course near where you live because videos are not reality, just part of it. Actually, you need to practice with a teacher. Good luck or your research and your practice !

When you say "to tape off" the tree in the centre, do you mean "to remove" what was hiding the tree ? If that's what it is, it allows the trunk to be painted transparently, avoiding overloaded backgrounds.
