First heard Ollie Spin at the first underground trance parties in the San Francisco bay area called Mr Floppy in 1991. These parties were produced by a Welshman named Paul Renna and his wife Denise.. Met Goa Gil in San Francisco at another Mr Floppy party in San Francisco in April of 1992 called Ultraviolet. We became friends. Gil and Ariane invited me to come to Anjuna Beach in 1993 and I stayed at their house until I found my own room. Stayed in Anjuna Beach for 4 months. The second party of the 1993 season was on December 20nd and Ollie and friends put it together. Ray Castle was also spinning. I helped decorate the party. That party changed my life due to the transformational atmosphere and musical programming of the party. Ollie Wisdom will forever be one of the most important influences of my lifetime. Thank you Ollie!!

It's fun seeing this side of Olli's career. I am much more familiar with the earlier part. When he was the lead singer for Specimen. They were the house band at a legendary goth club called The Batcave in the early 80s. Look it up if you know him thru goa/psy. Your mind will be blown at the history. RIP.

It is a most fantastic Interview. Simon, Space tribe, and Astral Projection has been really the first artists, i heared. Well many years later, fam and friends call me a hippie. Psytrance can be lifechanging, if you are connecting to it. I guess i wold be a normal Boomer from Gen X. But this affect changed my inner like nothing else, in a blink of a eye

He being wrong is a opinion, ofc, but since its based on facts, i have every right to tell the truth. Now if you dont believe in existance of these facts and are not willing to research and study, well, you can believe whatever you choose as proven scientific evidence, but i urge you to question everything, including big things and see for yourself.
