@@karlneff Thanks for asking. Well if you´re a son of someone called Asmund your last name is Asmundson if you are a daughter of Asmund your last name is Asmunddottir. So a reply to your questions is yes. All ,not only Norse but whole Icelanding last names go fathers name followed by either son or dottir ( sometimes they tend to add "sson" or "ddottir" I dont really know why that is but I´ve seen it many times.

Just remember, ollivander was the bad guy from v is for vendetta. Who is technically the good guy, but a bad guy doing bad things, but protecting the people which is good, and the main character kills which is bad, but he is a vigilante which is good. And Ollivander orders others to kill for him which is bad but he has a badass mustache which is good

OH my GOD. This is perfect on so many levels. It not only brings back memories to when I saw the scene in the first film but also 3 years ago I went to Universal's Wizarding World of Harry Potter and was able to go to Olilvander's wand shop and was actually picked out to LIVE the scene and my wand chose me :) It was one of the best days of my life! haha My wand according to Pottermore is Ebony wood, 11 inches, a unicorn hair core and slightly springy.
