I had a nervous breakdown in March and self harmed very badly. I've been trying to discover myself and find my inner happiness and this song just completely encapsulates everything I was looking for. It makes me happy, makes me smile and find joy especially on days when it's harder to see the happiness right in front of me. Thank you Olly for writing this and sharing it with the world. I've just shown this song to my 61 year old mother, and she adores the video! And the song of course, also the lyrics.
