I am definitely a Southerner. Indeed only a few miles south of me is the sea, so I am as southern as they come. What I must point out is that the South is much, much more than London!! There is beautiful countryside, lovely coastlines, cosy villages and pretty small towns. London should be thought of as region all by itself.

The main difference in the two main political parties is that one fights for social equality, whilst the other rewards individual wealth, the North-South divide exists because one side prefers selfishness and personal ambition. Unfortunately, those in the South will never believe that they need to develop a sense of community, and after spending a lot of time in the North, have seen that they are far more open, friendly, and considerate.

I was curious to find out how this so-called north-south divide began and typically it boils down to money....same old same old, no-matter where you live! Sadly it seems, out of experience, that southern friendliness went out of the window sometime ago......which is a huge pitty because there're some decent southerners down there. Overall though, this divide is absolutely nonsense. People have opinions about literally everything and that is just that....opinion nothing else.
