Culture is different, religion is Man made. Culture is coded in human Consciousness. I am very proud of my Yoruba People, for keeping our Culture. Even in pressure from so called Western Civilization and western cultural domination. We are not Christian or Muslim, this two Religion is borrowing and adopted religion, that come through. Invading from outside world. So we can compare this two religions and our Culture. Is two different entities. In our Culture, we have our own religion that reflects our Yoruba and African identity. Olori is still in learning process. Oni is very Powerful position in Yoruba World. And the position is very Ancient, that predate Christianity and Islam. For Olori to accept, been Oni wife. She must accept in uncorrupted Yoruba Culture. Because Oni himself, now is Orisha. Ori oun losa. Ori chose him to lead . All Orisha are human beings. But later after their departure from physical realms, they are incorporated in natural forces of nature. A legend become Orisha, because is Contribution, when he or she left this physical realms.
