As a Dane who watched both I have to say I enjoy them. I think the first I believe two jonsson movies are a bit on the boring side mostly because it’s remakes of the olsen movies but when the jonsson movies start with their original stories I think they shine just as bright as the Olsen gang and I love watching both. I hope every future generation will love both movie franchises and all its amazing characters

Jonssonligan is a copy of Olsenbanden, yes, but the actors in the Swedish series can't be beaten. Gosta Ekman is a legend, and not just in Sweden. Jonssonligan also made it global, and the movies are very appreciated here in the States.

As an Irish man who has a passion of filmmaking I have to say that I prefer the Danish version of the olsen gang in terms of original stories and having the pleasure of seeing such great actors like Ove Sprogøe, Morten Grunwald and Poul Bundgaard at their very finest. These 3 owned the roles in my opinion, makes me wonder why they didn't expand their careers into Hollywood.

Olsenbanden was my favorite, even the norwegian, but the swedish gang was almost good, i just have hard times watching swedish films

De som gör den svenska bättre åtmistone visuellt är stilen. Olsenbanden känns som en 30-40 tals färgfilm medans jönssonligan är mer i vår verklighet/vardag. Lixom de finns ingen riktig lättsam musik som i klippet utan ragnar grippe gör musiken till som att framstå att de är delvis thrillerfilmer. Kanske inte alla filmer som svarta diamanter men ni fattar. Jönssonligan har mer realistisk/mörk ton medan olsenbanden är mer lättsam.

@@loketkarloff1965 Wonderful, i'm glad you are there :) My mother was diagnosed with Giant Cell Myocarditis about 3 month ago, while the real symtoms already started about 2 month earlier, and she is now under medication with 3 different immunosuppressives. She luckily "only" got a cardiac insufficiency around grade 1-2 by the inflammation. If I remember right, you said in your comment, that you also only were under medication, right? My mother would be intrested to hear, if it worked for you like that for all the time, or if it wasn't sufficient? And if it was sufficient, could it actually remove the inflammation until now, or did it come back? Also, were you able to stop the medical treatment or do you have to take it permanently until today? And did you find out, if there is any online forum or anything to interconnect between affected persons? Please excuse me, if the questions are too private for a public comment section.

I don't like the style of Olsenbanden, their face expressions and acting feels like it's for a kindergarten audience. Jönsonligan has some very silly parts too but it feels more serious and genuine in many ways. And just the fact they have Wall-Enberg which is a bit of a taunt to the Swedish finance family Wallenberg is just hilarious as they've been involved in so much shit since the world wars and fits so well with his shady affairs in the movies.

Olsen-banden is supposed to be comedic, and plays on the spoofs of the Danish society. I see it opposite, I found Jönssonligan very unserious and a cheap copycat, heck even Norway made a better parody of Olsenbanden.

Jag gillar Olsenbanden bättre än Jönssonligan, danskarna gjorde det bättre rent filmiskt. Karaktärerna i Olsenbanden är en del av världen de rör sig i, stilen är konsekvent, medan Jönssonligan alltid ger intryck av att vara karaktärer från en annan tid, ett annat sammanhang, till och med från en annan film. De passar inte in i den moderna Stockholmsmiljön.

Tvärtom Jönssonligan är bättre än både den Norska och Danska Olsenbanden som är ren buskis i ÅSA-Nisse anda. Dankarna överspelar så in i helvete som vissa dåliga avsnitt av Tv-serien Varuhuset med Marika Lindström. Gösta Ekman är den bästa skådespelaren i hela serien och bästa filmen är Jönssonligan dyker upp igen då den är skriven på originalmanus av Gösta Ekman, Rolf Börjlind och Mikael Ekman och genialt att ha med ubåtar i handlingen då inte ens Danskar har ubåtar 🤣
