This retcon of a retcon made me very happy. I always knew Jessica , started watching at 7. Then Natalie comes along for me at 22 & she fit too. ES was amazing with all three actress & she was there when the character was “born”. All of the off beat storytelling combined, I cared about Natalie & Jessica!

I was actually a bit happier for Natalie to be Vickie's daughter than Jessica to be Vickie's daughter. At the time, she became one of my favorite soap characters. She's actually my favorite female soap character. I disliked her character at first because she was so mean to Jessica, but the gradual changes that they made to her led me to like her more and more. That's Melissa Archer getting great character development as Natalie Buchanan.

Yes. Bo was the first person to give her a chance. The first person to look at it from her point of view. He opened his heart to her and listened and got to see the strong woman who was afraid. They had the best uncle niece relationship on soaps. The other great one was Todd and Sarah when he was their genie.

I guess you would call this storyline a reboot because Megan won a Daisy award for playing separated twins (Roxanne and Ruby) on Fraternity Row in 1989.

Actually, a character named "Jamie Sanders" ran over "Allison" fleeing from some crime he committed. As far as I know, there was never any connection made between "Mitch" and "Jamie".

Jen Rappaport was an ill-concieved character. Her and Cristian were AWFUL together. Same with Al Holden. Will Rappaport worked but Jen was casted with a lackluster actress.

I couldn’t stand the rewrite and I couldn’t stand Natalie. Natalie never gotten better, she got worse. Natalie ended up destroying Jessica’s life after all. She got involved with a man who caused the death of Jessica’s and then she slept with Brody. I wish they never put Natalie with Cristian. Cristian should have gotten back together with Jessica.
