I have to let you know, LL, that I HAD NEVER SEEN THIS CLIP. All of the folks who have posted this era have CUT a lot of TnB stuff out. This was totally amazing for me to see, as are a lot of the clips that you have posted here that show more. I appreciate so much....and again, this shows that throughout the WHOLE STORY, 1997-98 included, they LOVE each other. Thank you!

I remember seeing this scene when I was young, and my mom was there she was a hard core tnb fan and I she told me all about tnb and tnt and I'll never forget. I asked her " mommy if he is married to the other lady why is he in love with that one?" And my mom just said you'll understand when you get older. And now that I'm older I definitely understand.

@LindaLafaux I can't thank you enough for posting this scene, and others with T&B from this period. Like Kimmie said, it just proves that even when TnT was in effect T&B were completely and irrevocably in love with each other. I remember living for scenes like this one during that time, and it's incredible to be able to FINALLY see them again. Oh, and I agree, the only other person who makes Todd smile besides her is Starr. And she gave him Starr.

This is why I love this scene so much. I try to watch most of the TnT stuff but its really hard. I think I'm too biased and closed minded. Now I see what KDP meant when she said back then the writers missed a lot of TnB opportunities.

I have never seen this scene before. Thank you for uploading it. Did he say its only 2 people that can make him smile and she was half of it...I'm assuming Starr was the other half. So he was WITH Tea during this time right? Interesting! LOVED THIS

Todd told Blair that there were only two people who could make him smile and that she was one of them. Now, I'm thinking the other one was Starr. What do you think?

Love that this happened while he was with Tea. I don't think he ever stopped loving Blair. Years later, he refers on a few occasions, to "always" having loved her. Also, in early 2001, he tells her that he and all that he offers her, have "always" been there for her and she just had to take them. Finally, while with Tea he said that Blair would not take him back so maybe that's partly why he stayed away as long as he did.

@milpa24 You got it! You are exactly right! Starr as Todd and Blair's child is symbolic of their love. I remember when Todd told Starr that she was part of him and Blair, that he was red and that Blair was white and they got all mixed up and they had her. Remember that pink was Starr's favorite color.

@LindaLafaux Todd and Blair still have that connection after 8 yrs neither of them really see it yet, but they still do. It no suprise that Blair & Todd will take a while to see it. But they still love each other and I think Todd the only one willing to consider right now that they still do and are meant to be together.

Never saw this clip! Ty. Blair did have someone to take care of her. Todd ! He was the best husnand ever during their first marriage & he had a right to lose it learning the first person he ever trusted ( he never could truly trust rebecca his dad abused him his mom left him the first woman he obsessed over was marty who admitted she used him & instead of just admitting he meant nothing but a one night stand she kept making him think if he had stayed to cuddle she would havw been a possibilty anyway) so blair was really his first grown young mans love. He forgot rebecca more & more when he & blair got closer & closer. Thats why blair hurt herself by lying about a baby. Todd already told her b4 the lord heir story he would back her dreams melador cosmetics. I think blair loved him too. I dont know why it took fesr of losing him to finally admit she loved him.

He had a right to lose it but not to manhandle and bruise her nor threaten her with rape and violence. Noone has that right but especially someone bigger and stronger and who has a history of rape and intimidation of females.
