She is Todd's but tea never told Todd she was his daughter. I think dani was conceived when they were trapped on that island or something. I didn't see it but I remember the story. Anyway todd left tea there. She came back in 2009 I think and she never told Todd about dani. Ross raised dani as his own. He believed she was his daughter.

They had the stubborn, no listening part down but they should've made Dani a little smarter to be Todd and Tea`s daughter. Then again, maybe she was just blind like Tea when it comes to love of any kind.

That was reckless and very Todd. Pointing a gun even though his daughter was also within line of sight. And while yes, he is kinda an expert with guns, still, most sane people even when they're very good would probably not risk it, Even for a bluff. But that's just my thought.
