Oluode, the indefatigable , brave and courageous hunter was required to sojourn into the Sacred forest of no return . In order to appease the gods to have mercy on the village. Alas! His wife was heavily pregnant at that moment. Knowing fully that no one had ever returned from the sacred forest, Oyetola grovelled before her husband, persuaded and beseeched him not to venture into his ancestors' enterprise. Being a very brave hunter, Oluode signalled his determination to proceed.
