Dean's issue is confusing. He says bribe was given by CAA which is different from Uganda airlines. Which is which and why is he not pinning the bribe giver in all his utterances?

Dean explained it well, they were two reports one for Ug airlines and for CAA, his point is about CAA and the bribe was given for runways construction extra money that was allocated ,,,, the report wasn't brought to Parliament, the one that speaker refused for having leakedwas about Ug airlines. They are two diff issues 😮

The CAA report was presented and accepted by members, there was no minority report meaning all mps were in agreement. Dean went on to change his statement to some content in the report being deleted.....confused fellow just.
