Helo, thank you for sharing all of this with us. Just a question, and if possible please elaborate the following: As mentioned Harry used to bruise relatively easy. So what's different, he still bruises, but it goes away relatively easy? Whats changed to facilitate bruises going away faster? I read somewhere breathing exercises could help reduce bruising?

Hi, there 👋 Well spotted! Harry did mention bruises going away faster. That's due to the type of training we do. We would love to share this with our audience. But let's do that at another time... a question for another interview 😊
