@@sharmaparth460 it is difficult to put into words. I am usually in a state of bliss and I have had a couple mystical experiences. My life has completely changed for the better. What I do most would consider extreme though. I practice semen retention, get up at 4am every morning to meditate for 1 to 2 hours then do Shambhavi and Surya Kriya's, consume foods only allowed in Ayurveda (I choose plant based), workout everyday, sk8, BMX freestyle/ race, snowboard and keep a pleasant demeaner. This many variables helps me flow through life like water🤙😎

I love this interview. This is probably one of my favorite Sadhguru interviews. I'm from southern California and we love our extreme sports out there. Skateboarding, surfing, bmx, dirt biking, quads, snowboarding, wakeboarding, swimming, diving, marathons, triathalons, mud runs, zip lining, hang gliding, bungee, parasailing, etc. There are so many places to cater to these things here and I'm so grateful for that. There are wonderful adventures to be had and live fully. 🥰🥰
