Shorter people are sometimes stronger in squats. They have a better centre of gravity (or something?).

Shorter limbs helps a lot too. Shorter range of motion to complete the lifts.

that makes no sense, most competitions be it locals, nationals or internationals, the host federation country use volunteers from the same federation members be it athletes that compete during the competetion or athletes that don't, so women and men have all kinds of roles in the organization of the competition and run it, there are women but they have never been loaders or spotters because they usually help in other things; the disgusting thing it seems that you have a political agenda that really don't fit in sports
