For the people saying Morgan was offsides @ 37:14 she was onside because wambach never actually touched the ball on her attempt at jumping to head it. If she had touched it then Morgan would have been called offsides but her positioning there was based on Solo's goal kick making her still onsides

I bumped into # 15 Megan Rapince & she was very nice to talk to and I apologized and we talked for a good while and she went on her way & I didn't ask Megan for a picture of her with me or sign my left arm for a autograph & her family was with her at the time and we parted ways.... Ian Findlay yeah actually I watching the different women´s leagues and Morgan is good but herself is stagnant her level,is striker and make goals, but not in numbers and qualityas she should, she prefers to be labeled as "the most beautiful girl soccer" it is true that the US is currently power the women's team,, but at club level and individual Morgan does not have football development, not more than that and we saw,,,,,,,,,please " The tour of victory " and US plays agaist Costa Rica, Haiti, and they win por goleada, with a lot of goals and all the games at home ,,, and all thinking ohh yeah we are greaters,,, but plays against Brazil the first match and what------ 1-1 the final score,,,,in my personal opinion is good that tthe teams os zone plays agaist a bigger team because meybe they lose but can earn some competitiviness, but why USWNT don´t play agaist Germany, Japan, France, Norway, Spain, ......and Morgan make easy goals in the NT and everyone yeah she is an elite striker,,,, but not is...... the realityshe is a professional striker,,,, now it is rumored that she could change teams in the league,,,,,,and what would be the team that supposedly she go? ....guess what..... I thought the game was great. Nice going USA. But when the ref didn't call a penalty kick when france pushed Alex I was so mad. Even I would be smart enough to know that that was a penalty kick.

Back then other teams had to deal not only with US forwards, mids and defense. Then Solo was ready waiting on goal communicating with defense. An opponents nightmare if you ask me.

The US Women's soccer team is better at playing their women counterparts in the world than the US Men's soccer team at playing their men worldwide counterparts because soccer is the #1 sport for women in the US and about #5 sport for men (when it's #1 for men worldwide). Commenting in 2020 Women's soccer has gotten so much better. This game, just a lot of kicking back and forth in the direction your team wants to go. French were better at passing and controlling the ball. Megan Rapinoe the best dribbler and still great. Tobin Heath could hardly control anything. I'm a huge fan now. Interesting to see 8 years ago.

I've decided that my top favorite(and imo best) teams in the world are: 1.USA 2.Brazil 3. France 4.Japan. The reason for my ordering is that Brazil has a great style of play that makes soccer the number one sport in the world, while Japan comes off as a little too technical, but if it gets the job done then whatever, but I'd still rather see France or Brazil play.Players like Renard and Marta and Abby all just have this passion in their eyes for the game. At least all of my choices were classy.

AugWaters Because our girl sports programs in our schools are funded equally as boys. While other countries spend most of their funds on boys. It also helps that our women do not play American football, so there's more talent in our women's soccer. American men see soccer as a women's and children's sport.
