* Relax your body, starting from your head and moving down to your toes.
3. Start Chanting OM:
* Take a deep breath in.
* On the exhale, chant the sound "OM" (pronounced "AUM") slowly and steadily.
* The sound is divided into three parts: A (ah), U (oo), and M (mmm). Each part should be pronounced clearly.
