The "Om" mantra is a very powerful mantra, easy to recite and effective. "Om" also stands for God, Source, or Universal Consciousness, it is considered to be the Creator Voice, representing all that is in creation, and it allows its practitioners to intensify the energy of the chakra and flow upward, and then from the crown chakra to carried out outside.
Om is also a mantra related to the third eye chakra. When chanting Om cleans and balances your third eye. Om also refers to the crown chakra and represents connection to the source.
「嗡」咒是一個非常強大的咒語，簡單易唸且效果明顯。「嗡」也代表神，源頭，或宇宙意識，它被認為是造物者聲音，代表創造裏的所有之所是，它容許它的實踐者加強脈輪的能量然後向上流動，然後從頂輪向外開展。
