सुखासन में बठ जाएं। रीड की हड्डी थोड़ा सीधा कर लें। कुछ देर गहरे सांस लीजिए। मन को सांसों के साथ जोड़ दीजिए। 10 मिनट ओम नमःशिवाय का जाप करते जाओ।
दिन में दो बार करने से आप एक नई शक्ति शिव शक्ति से भर जाएंगे। 40 दिन यह ध्यान और जाप करते जाएं । यह चमत्कारी ज्ञान करने से और शिव कृपा से
धीरे-धीरे मन शांत होने लगेगा। तनाव खत्म हो जाएगा और आपकी हर इच्छा पूरी हो जएगी।
