Hey just to let you know,only om got reincarnated. Shanti became a vengeful spirit. Sandy is not her reincarnation but just some girl who resembles shanti which is why she doesn't have any past life memories like om. Hope this helps. Oh and one more thing I forgot to mention! For me, one of my favorite parts of the film is the song Dastaan-E which is the song where Om reveals what happened to Shanti in front of Mukesh and everyone else. The reason I love it is because the whole song reminds me so much of Hamlet!! Just like Hamlet put on a play to reveal that he knows that his uncle killed his father, Om put on that theatre-like song performance to subtly let Mukesh know that he knows that he killed Shanti. Even that shot of him in the white shirt alone gave me Hamlet vibes (1:07:06)

The interesting thing here is that it was only Om who was reincarnated. Shanti's soul was never able to leave that set. Sandy is just a girl who resembles shanti look wise. Also "Om Shanti Om" is a hint that there are 2 Oms but just one shanti in the movie

The song during the party really has a lots of celebs and the one SRK is dancing with are all big actors and also the actors he played the movies with. Some of the dance moves they do is a reference to the movie of SRK with them. 1. The 1st scene with SRK with a lady during the Om shanti om song shoot is the director of the movie. 2. In reincarnated version, SRK played the role of a spoiled kid I guess 3. The director actually requested all big actors for the award and the party song in the movie. This movie is love ❤

you can like see in some of the music scenes in the Act 1 where they cut and inserted the new footage with the original film footage and even though the original scenes are a bit blurry you have to remember this was black and white footage that they recolored for the movie and inserted so even though its not as crisp as the reshot scenes with the new actors you can still see that the set design is so on point that it just kinda blends in and meets both variations of the scene half way

Yes that was Viking from kgf. The actor name is Sanjay dutt u should react to his biopic movie Sanju very emotional and motivating. Infact the scene where om jumps in fire for Shanti is inspired from real life incident of the father of Sanjay dutt. Woi jumped in fire for the heroine later she fall in love with him then married then both had Sanjay dutt

Glad you enjoyed this movie.. Well its even more fun if you understand the references and know about the big wigs of bollywood.. The scene at the start where om saves shanti jumping in the fire is inspired from real life incident that happened on the sets of Mother India (one of the biggest indian classic) Actor sunil dutt saved actress nargis from fire.. Later they fell in love and got married.. They are parents of viking from kgf i.e. sanjay dutt.. Amir khan wasnt part of the cameo brigade as he mostly stay away from such things and moreover there has always been kind of cold war amongst srk and amir especially during that time.. Another fact that this movie clashed with saanwariya at its release (debut movie of ranbir kapoor) so obviously he won't be a part of it,he just entered bollywood..But rishi kapoor , his father is there..(the one whose song was shown at the start and who presented award to om in filmfare)
