Well canon-wise not so much. The in-game stuff has to do something for them to acknowledge Reaper being on their team or as an enemy. Mercy probably does not know given her shock during the pre-game about Reaper's condition. McCree likely doesn't either since he's pretty much doing his own thing. Winston likely doesn't since he's only encountered Reaper and it seems that Winston may believe Jack and Gabe are still dead.

Holy Jesus, the voice acting in this dub is amazing. The raw emotion from Pharah really sold the heart wrenching truth of Reaper's secret. And by God, as much as I love Omahdon's Reaper voice for comedic purposes, hearing him go as dark as Reaper does here, and that insanely sinister laugh gave me chills. Amazingly great dub! Gah! The drawings are nice, the voice actings over the roof, bgm is present to enhance the mood, sound effects make every thing sound alive(glass breaking, footsteps, reaper's shadow movement sounds). This is a great example of an overwatch movie.
