Oman Air's A330 business class is a great way to travel in comfort and style. The Apex Suites seats are spacious and offer ample legroom, and can be reclined to a fully flat position for a comfortable sleep. Each seat has direct access to aisle.
Business class passengers also have access to a range of complimentary amenities, including a plush duvet and pillow, noise-cancelling headphones, and an amenity kit. The food and beverage offerings are on par with other Middle Eastern airlines, with a variety of Omani meals and good wines to choose from. Overall, Oman Air's A330 business class provides a luxurious and enjoyable flying experience. Flying Oman Air for the first time was a very positive surprise and their business class hard and soft products can easy compete with the other airlines in the region.
We started our review from the new Muscat International Airport, a great addition in a region with some of the best airports in the world.

It's an excellent airline, tjough I've only flown on the B787-900 that also has 'Apex Suites' in the 2-2-2 J layout. While I'd ditch the music - distracting - otherwise an excellent video as you showed the seats in great detail. It's cheapest to fly to/from Manila rather than Bangkok or Kuala Lumpur if using Oman Air to travel to/from UK and/or Europe.

Thanks for your comments. Will explore Manila as well. We will publish soon the B787 review, however we found the seats pretty similar with the A330. Excellent seats and service, agree.

How can I tell whether the A330 business class contains the new or old J seats?

As far as I know all their A330-200 are configured the same now. You can check on seatguru as well.
