Omar, am a owner who tried several different things and made some nice money with a few businesses I started but having people work for you is a problem because they think if you can do it they can do it and start treating your business less than important, owners are sometimes assholes because they never can rest, unless they have really made it, some of us didn't get to that point in life. You might have Acuff money to overcome problems daily, we did not trying to grow. Having a floor means he has to sell those vehicles by the time say 3 months if not he has to pay rent on those cars for three months multiply that by how many cars he has in his floor plan, it's costly if you can't sell cars and make a profit. He understand now let the bigger business have the pressure and just sell the cars get paid move forward.
