I was in the hospital yesterday with my Mother. She is not well and my strength is fading too. The doctor says it is time for home care to help me to help her to help me. Then this morning, I watched this beautifully constructed lecture and how strong and important Omar RA is to the Ummah. He still has so much strength and influence on us because we are writing here about him in this age and time. We also give thanks to Allah SWT for Dr. Suleiman who so artfully and sincerely provided this offering of his knowledge and love about this great forerunner of Islam. I cried so much during this lecture. That is the strength of Omar RA even still because of Allah SWT. I realized that my strength has never been physical. I am weak physically being ravaged by time and having EDS with all of its idiosyncratic side ailments (that is why it is a syndrome). I thought about the dreams I always remember where I am in the company of strangers to me in this life, in places I do not know. What might that mean? I went long ago to someone that I thought to be of Islam that has a business in the community where I live in the US. I did not ever see any more than 5 or10 people I thought might be Monotheist's here. Most of them work in the area, perhaps do not even live here. When I walked in this business, a few years ago with Quran in hand, this man's face face lit up. He told me in his 10 or 12 years being in business here, he never saw someone carry a Quran openly. He said he was afraid so he remains quiet. Well, except on that day. We talked for so long and he seemed so deprived of speaking of Faith. He seemed so happy to have discussion about the Sunnah, the Quran. I do not believe I am afraid because I live with physical pain everyday and for other reasons. I do not have a legacy of being hushed like this lovely Muslim might have coming to America from another country. Bless his soul. So, I took my Quran yesterday to the hospital with my Mother and I read the account of Musa AS and his clothes being taken by the rock. I read to her from the Hadith how Allah SWT set the record straight about Musa's AS physical condition. My copy of the Quran has Hadith so craft-fully placed as supplemental to the Sunnah. I read to her concerning what Muhammad SAW said about his closeness in kinship to Isa AS. I read some other things to her too. The ER was packed full of people and I should have left the Quran there. I don't know if anyone else heard what I was reading, But, there was no sight of another Quran there. If there is a next time to be at the ER, I pray to read again. Even if it is me there to be treated or dying. Then, I will leave it there for the next person to hopefully carry to their family and neighborhood. That is my hope and pledge today. I will leave a Quran to another somewhere at some time unknown to me now just because the opportunity is there to spread the beauty of this wonderful religion. Omar RA may the Lord of the Worlds hold you in high honor in Jannatul Firdaus. Also, as you are buried with may you be placed in the company with the Prophet SAW, Abu Bakr RA, and the rest of those you love most, Ameen. And, May Allah SWT bless you Dr. Suleiman and provide you with Jannatul Firdaus in the company of our beloved Prophet SAW. May our Rub also place you there among the company of the ones you love the most too, Ameen.

The greatness of the Ummah is on those who Allah has guided. Forcing religion is a major cause of the corruption in Islam. Allah hasn’t given guidance to Jannah for everyone. Don’t judge, encourage with love. Read your Bible, not just your Quran. That is another source of major corruption in Islam. Disregard for the other Prophets, and refusing to translate correctly. This is how Christianity went astray. Jesus didn’t come to destroy the Laws or the Prophets, but to fulfill them. So why does the Ummah repeat the mistake of the Christians and disregard what came before them. Then the Ummah gains the Anger of Allah. In the Torah it compares changing the message of Allah, too murder. Yet, Imani in Zanzibar are being trained to lie intentionally.

Unfortunately Muslims of this day and age could Care less if another Muslim eats or go to bed hungry. Do u know that you're required to fill out forms when you ask for help from a Masjid? Even at that, you're not guaranteed to get that help. I can easily get help from a Christian than from a fellow Muslim. Also when you go to an Islamic pantry for food, you need to show an id card. I am not required to show an id card at any Christian pantry. What does say about Muslims and Islam? It is embarrassing, it is wrong and it has to change.
