I took a few days over the weekend to record the first Yanni song that I learned back in 1998. As I don't read sheet music, I learned and played by ear the part which was originally performed by Karen Briggs. Please bear with me as its been a while since I've played my instrument or this song. The microphone I used was an AKG 1000. The introduction was recorded in GarageBand.

Your love to music is evident from *within attraction* played by you. You enjoyed playing this song. This is the sign of true musician. You have every quality and ability to read,understand notes included in song. Omar! OMG you're still alive! LOL OK so why did I say that? Well the other day after I went to see Jesse Cook in concert I started wondering what the musicians I really liked and used to listen to all the time have been up to. So I searched for you as Omar Lopez and found some stuff like omarlopezmusic.com but it all seemed to stop cold in 2013. I started to wonder if something tragic happened and looked for an obituary. Well to make a long story short after hours of searching I put that aside and looked up Yanni who is one of my most favorites (seen him in concert twice) and holy cow! I find you because you had Yanni listed in the title! Wooohooo! It is so obvious how good it makes you feel to play from that smile on your face. I found a site that mentioned you did some shows over a weekend in January? Hoping you keep performing and I can see you in person while exploring Texas... never been to that state yet.
