Your a great actor Omari. We like ghost because as women we see him as a man who can maintain his emotions most of the time. As a social worker I can confirm that most people are not in control of their emotions especially modern folks. You all see ghost as bad we some see him as strenth in certain ways. Unlike most people today he knows when to talk and move and when not too despite the flaws. People are flawed ghost is the truth to many. You all see the charters differently then many of us see you all. Life is hell your role in power is fruit compared to the families I've worked with at least your goal was to grow and change in this role despite the barriers. People don't like the preaching or seeing the weaker roles we see that on a daily basis in our lives. Entertainment is just that we want the fantasy. It gives more hope then just words. We hear the cliches everyday. God gave you this role and it made you relevant to the mainstream. I can't imagine anyone else playing this role people like the character for a reason don't undermine your strength to play these type of roles. There are many actors who are very successful at playing the role of a villain. It's a gift not everyone can pull this off. Embrace the work that you do as Ghost there is more strength and a bigger message in that character then what you see. Of course we love Omari but we fell in love with ghost. It's in your walk the way you speak you have no idea how many people would love to have that type of discipline and self control in the worst situations.

All I know is he need to make a trip back to his hometown so I can make that 2 hour drive lol. He is a very talented man. I think people expect him to relate to his character.

People saying they don't like Omari and they like Ghost is definitely not a young, ignoramus comment. Additionally, it's not an indication of what people accept in life, it simply means people don't like him as a person...Period. That guy is so condescending and seems like a know it all.

@Victoria Akomolede So true! Especially January Capricorns: Steve Harvey, Michelle Obama .... to name a few. I am a January Capricorn, and we are simply "no nonsense", analytical, serious-minded and candid people. Denzel Washington is also a Capricorn (December) and share some of these traits as well.

Oh and the infamous MLK was also a January Capricorn - serious-minded and analytical traits!!!

@Victoria Akomolede Your thoughts are relatable, however, his wife is a January Capricorn as well, and they seem to be very compatible.

I salute him not only for his work but the fact that it was his idea to want to bring Larenz Tate on the set so Courtney Kemp could see personally how they would mesh together in this type of show which if anybody knows about Menace to Society Larenz Tate is the perfect person for it because we see how ruthless he is let alone the fact that he's a councilman makes it better because we all say politicians are crooked right or wrong? So it that being said if you put old dog in a politician together you get councilman Tate so it does make sense good job Omari Hardwick good job your wife is blessed because not a lot of people want to give other people shine let alone have an eye for who they think with fit well with something as big as what y'all are doing know that #Getdastrap 😂😂😂

Some actors can portray these characters so well, people no longer see them. Wesley Snipes dealt with the same after playing Nino Brown. I hated Danny Glover for many years after he played Mister in Color Purple 😩😩😩

Ummm, this interview is awful. He clearly wants to be acknowledged as Omari but she keeps asking him 1st person questions as if she is talking to Ghost. Also, let him know that we do care about Omari.
