I is very media trained and very disciplined in interviews so it’s uncommon for him to be so laid back and at ease and speaking so freely (even though there was still some restraint like not mentioning anyone in b2k’s name). It’s because those are his real life friends.

So, who took all day to watch this podcast? Me. Played it at home, on the way to pick up my daughter from school, back home and then finally finished. I loved every minute of it. Had no idea Tank and J Valentine wrote hits for Omarion. This entire vibe had me smiling but it always does. Love to see love shared amongst Black men. ❤

J Valentine & Tank I was already a fan but your podcast is what we need in the universe. Being 55 I relate to the R&B from the 1970 to today and I enjoy all the guest you have. This was everything! I would’ve never watched any other 2 hr interview the whole way thru! Learning the background stories and reasons y certain things happened and how they connected was so interesting…im definitely glad 2 see omarion so comfortable and it’s just genuine brotherhood and black joy in this interview…loved it!
