This is an OPM (original Pilipino music) by the popular Pinoy rock/jazz/pop band South Border. This group on the Wishbus is assembled for this night on live broadcast (Wishhus is a radio station, after all). The band members are session musicians, and the singers Michael Pangilinan and Ryssa are singers with respective careers. I really have no clue who's the guy singing in falsetto is. But he's really good.

Michael is a solo artist that usually collabs in various artists like Rysi Avila (that girl with the amazing voice). A little trivia, Morissette is the queen of wish bus while Michael is the king in terms of number of views in their videos on wish bus.
