Just a quick tip if you don’t have all these spices you can use adobo & sazon. These seasonings have all those spices in them. You can find them usually in the Mexican aisle at your local grocery store. I cook Mexican food all the time! 😉

Omg being Mexican I was super excited to see what Omar thought about tacos🤣 tip for the corn drain it and you can also try it with Parmesan cheese like the one in the bottle it’s really good with that too! I also love to pickle my cabbage with lime and salt :) I am going to try that avocado crema! Loved this!! Keep it up!!

You can't pickle something with lime. That doesn't make sense. To pickle a vegetable, it has to be left in vinegar for at least a few months

Awesome to see you two are doing well. With your corn, I see you drained it & then added water to the pot, that's a big no no, never add water to the pan, if you need to add liquid, add vegetable stock, however mexican corn should be dry and only needs butter in the pan when using canned corn, to allow the bottom to begin browning. Your corn should never be liquidy. Cabbage slaw should also include apple cider vinegar and allow it to sit in the fridge for a few hours.
