Grappler is definitely OP, before the grappler was added you could get out of every situation you were in. It also shouldn't have a 100% success rate because it doesn't in real life, you also should have to be sort of like a PIT maneuver where you have to follow them for a second or two for it to really work

I've found that the Ford F-150 Lightning is the best at offroading as it has the same ground clearence as the Bronco but much higher horsepower and torque. The weight of it also stops it from flipping over on the corners

If you ever do something like this again with the decoys the officers could easily look at you lisence plate and know if it’s a decoys or not becuase all the decoys have a different lisence plate just go to the mod shot and change your lisence plate so they don’t cheat :D

I don't think it's too OP, considering you could previously get out of most situations as criminal without much of a challenge. Cops still have to chase you for a while before they can actually grapple you.

Grappler is mid. Hitbox is small and it’s extremely inconsistent. It does have the plus of one shotting, though, because pit maneuver can take multiple hits to set a car on fire, but sometimes you can get a really nice pit and send someone into a river.
