Housing is a bit volatile in Canada right now. Landlord wanted to move back in causing the first move, flooding prompted the second move, and this 3rd one is because our place has been bought by developers who are tearing it down to build condos...

Sadly, yes... our new place was a short term rental to get out of a flood situation. Housing in Canada is rather pricey and sparse at the moment.
