Pretty that green looked way darker in the pallet but I'm loving how it came out.. I've heard people finding small UV lamps for 5 bucks but I never heard of the quality of it.. so it's possible they might sell gel polish.. every dollar tree I've been in has different things...

Do you have to wait for the gel polish to dry before applying the eyeshadow?

Gel polish doesn't dry on its own. I used a uv nail lamp to cure the gel polish then applied the eyeshadow.
