Yes You are Right. They had excluded hostel but again they have revised it. But note that its a 4 bed sharing Hostel. For 3 Bed sharing you have to pay extra.

Not at all. I have clearly mentioned in video that its available for 4 to 5 colleges only. We have hundreds of students studying happily on negotiated fees. You might have been cheated by someone so you don't know.

hostel is compulsory for first year it would cost u around 35L for the first year and total would be 1.35cr if u include the extra charges
