BOTOMS: The Astragius Galaxy is divided into two camps, the Gilgamesh and Balarant, which have formed armies on each side and have been engaged in a galactic-scale war for 100 years, with no one knowing why it started. At the end of the "Hundred Year War," the protagonist, Kiriko Cuby, a soldier in the Gilgamesh army, is forced to participate in a mysterious operation to attack an allied base. During the operation, Kiriko sees the Gilgamesh army's top secret, known as the "base body," and is pursued by the army. He wanders from town to town, planet to planet, through many "battlefields." In the midst of his escape and battle, he uncovers the darkness of a conspiracy and eventually approaches the core of a further mystery related to his own birth.
