So you can refill oxygen tanks in the diving shelf or at the oxygen generator itself. So they didn’t need more oxygen tanks but medical supplies are super hard to make so they needed those.

the game itself is doing that through multiplayer, the audio is recorded in stereo, and uploaded in stereo, simple as.
