gustus this is omega psi phi fraternity incorporated a black Greek organization founded in 1911 on the campus of Howard university in Washington,D.C., this is a probate which is when a person pledging a Greek organization is crossing over to that organization. Omega psi phi nickname are Que dogs so that's why they are barking. This probate is at prairie view a&M university,HBCU, in texas.This Greek letter organization is part of the divine 9, which are 9 black Greek sororities and fraternities.

If you have upstanding character, then you can find AT LEAST a few people willing to write letters on behalf of your character. If not, then you either have no good character to speak of, or you hide too much of it from the world; neither is a good quality in an Omega man. Also, if no brother knows you well enough to write a letter, then your chances are slim to none anyway. If you cant find anybody to write you a letter of recommendation, you're not ready to commit yourself to this Fraternity.

Im so sorry to see that you feel that the only benefit of going to college is the fraternity/sorority experience. So, you would not go to college to enhance yourself academically and to solidify your chances of having a stronger career and financial success?
